Refund Policy

Concept Sprints

Cancel before work begins and the sprint fee is refunded in full. Once concepts are delivered the fee is non-refundable — but it is credited in full toward a Build that starts within 90 days.

Builds

The deposit is refundable until you approve a design direction in writing; after approval it covers work performed. The remaining balance is only ever due at handover. If we fail to deliver the agreed scope, you don't pay the balance, and any paid-for work we did not deliver is refunded.

Care plans

Cancel any time; the plan ends at the close of the paid month. We don't prorate partial months.

Card purchases

Card payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Refunds due under this policy for card purchases are issued through Paddle to your original payment method.
