1. Who we are
Z Studio is a design and engineering studio operated by Zaid Salem, sole proprietor, Ramallah, Palestine. Contact: zsalem33@gmail.com.
2. Services
We sell: (a) Concept Sprints — 3–5 working concept websites delivered at private links within 48 hours of an agreed brief, with a private review page; (b) Builds — a fixed-scope production website developed from a chosen concept; (c) Data experiences — custom interactive data visualisation projects, scoped in writing; and (d) Care plans — monthly hosting and maintenance.
3. Concept Sprints
Sprint concepts remain the studio's property. The sprint fee is credited in full against a Build that starts within 90 days of concept delivery. Concept links are private and provided for evaluation; they are not production deliverables.
4. Builds
A Build is scheduled on a 50% deposit, with the balance due at handover. Scope is fixed in writing before work starts; two revision rounds within scope are included. Work outside the written scope is quoted separately.
5. Intellectual property
On full payment, you own the delivered website and its content. The studio may show delivered work in its portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing. Third-party components (fonts, libraries, services) remain under their own licenses, which we list at handover.
6. Payment
International engagements are invoiced in USD and payable by bank transfer or by card. Local engagements are payable in ILS or JOD by transfer, PalPay, JawwalPay, or cash. Card payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record; Paddle's checkout terms apply to card purchases.
7. Liability
Our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees actually paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for outages of third-party platforms (hosting, DNS, payment processors) outside our control.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws in force in Palestine. We resolve disagreements by good-faith negotiation first.
